Please do not bring any additional guests to your appointment 

We strive to maintain a quiet and cozy environment for our clients to be able to relax & escape from the everyday stresses of daily life, and we want to ensure each client gets the one-on-one attention they deserve during their salon visit. We simply do not have the additional space to accommodate additional guests. They will be asked to leave.

  • Children under 10 years old are not allowed on the salon floor unless they are having a service performed.

  • Friends and family are not allowed to wait in the salon while services are being performed.

Deposit / Payment Storage Policy

If you do not confirm your appointment with a credit card on file, your appointment will be canceled. This protects our small business & stylist’s time, this is non-negotiable for all clients.

Upon booking, your credit card may be charged a 50% deposit fee, which will go towards your service. Your credit card information will be safely and securely stored on our point of sale to enforce Alchemy’s cancellation policy listed below.

If, for any reason, your credit card is not stored and you cancel, you must pay the cancellation fee as listed below, in advance of scheduling another appointment.

Cancellation / Rebooking Policy

As a courtesy, we do text and/or email to confirm the date and time prior to your service. If you fail to confirm your reservation at least 24hrs prior, we cannot guarantee your spot. We appreciate that sometimes you need to change, cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- Appointments changed, canceled or rescheduled within 48hrs notice will result in a charge of 50% of your reserved appointment.

- Missed or No-Show appointments will result in a charge of 100% of your reserved appointment. This may also result in not being able to schedule future appointments at Alchemy.

Tardiness Policy

If you are running more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may be asked to reschedule completely, and incur a 100% no show fee, or have your services altered to ensure that your appointment does not exceed the amount of time scheduled. This will be determined based on appointment type and wholly at the discretion of the stylist.

Redo Policy

If desired, you must request a redo appointment via text within 7 days of your original appointment and have read and agreed to the stipulations below.

  • If you would like something different than what was discussed during the pre-service consultation, and the expectations of the stylist, you will need to schedule, and pay for, a new appointment to redo.

  • If your stylist was not able to successfully execute, to your satisfaction, what was discussed and agreed upon during the pre-service consultation, the same stylist would be happy to fix it at no further cost to you.

    **Alchemy does not submit refunds for our cancellation policy or for any services provided. **

If you are receiving one or more chemical services, the following information is crucial for your stylist to know beforehand 

   1) Color history ie- over processed hair, thermal damage, box/henna/vegetable dyes, permed/relaxed hair, and well water

   2) Use of any medications, or treatments (ie chemo, etc).... 

Please be advised that it is in the best interest of the client to be upfront and honest about their hair history, and/or research any negative side effects of items above* Any damage caused to the hair as a result of undivulged information is not the responsibility of the stylist.
